 REFUND POLICY

No refunds shall be made, unless a client has provided funds which under the Lawyers Rules of Professional Responsibility must be kept by an attorney in trust until such funds are earned.  If that event, such funds are kept in trust until earned and remain the property of the client and are subject to return.

If that is not the case, and the funds have been earned, they will not be refunded.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

We are a service business and no products are “shipped.”  There are no shipping or handling costs, unless we have agreed to them in writing between the parties in a separate agreement.
